Revered Swedish jazz vocalist Jeanette Lindsröm was born May 29, 1971. After
earning a degree from the Royal Music Academy of Stockholm, she began her
professional career, releasing her debut LP, Another Country, in 1995 and wining
the prestigious Jazz In Sweden award. She continued to gain notoriety in jazz
circles winning praise from such notable figures as Quincy Jones. Her sophomore
release, 1997’s I Saw You, featured a number of songs she penned herself,
bringing an introspective R&B shading to her mastery of the bop idiom. She
