Ladi6
A newcomer from New Zealand (Christchurch, to be precise), Ladi6 is a neo-soul
artist with a rap edge. A self-proclaimed "Soul MC", Karoline Tamati led the
bands Sheelahroc and Verse Two, the latter winning a bNet Music Award, before
going solo with the album Time Is Not Much in 2008. Supported by
arranger/producer Parks, Ladi6 arrives in Europe in force with The Liberation
of... released in spring 2011.
