American pop singer known for international hits like "Lost On You," "N'oublie
pas," and "Girls Go Wild." Pergolizzi was born in Long Island, New York, on
March 18, 1981. Her debut album, Heart-Shaped Scar, was produced by Cracker
co-founder David Lowery and released in 2001, followed in 2004 by Suburban
Sprawl & Alcohol. Although neither album charted, LP distinguished herself as a
