MO3 was the stage name of rapper Melvin Abdul Noble Jr., whose aggressive
delivery and street-smart lyrics were showcased on a handful of albums before
his untimely death in 2020. Born in McKinney, Texas, on May 31, 1992, he moved
to Dallas as a child and later became a leader of the city's hip hop community.
Shottaz, his debut mixtape, was released in 2014. Two years later, MO3 charted
at Number 23 on the US Hip-Hop Albums chart with his second mixtape, Shottaz
