A globetrotter born in South-East Asia and having lived in Toulouse, Andorra and Cuba, François Berthelot was always destined for music, preferably Latino. Settling in Paris in the 1970s, he became a music programmer, working for RTL among others. In 1984, François Berthelot and a partner founded a production company specializing in music for commercials.
