Salyu

Salyu is the stage name of J-pop singer Ayako Mori, born on October 13, 1980. She began studying piano at a very young age and was then enrolled in a choir to regain her lung strength after contracting pneumonia during her elementary school years. In 2000, she made her debut as the fictional singer Lily Chou-Chou on the film All About Lily Chou-Chou. It was her first experience working with musician Takeshi Kobayashi, who would become the producer of her 2005 studio debut, Landmark.
