Formed in 2012 in Sydney, Australia, Stand Atlantic chased down Top 40 success in the band's homeland with a peppy, polished spin on pop punk music. Frontwoman Bonnie Fraser and bassist David Potter quickly emerged as the group's leaders, and Stand Atlantic made its official debut with the 2012 single "Bulletproof Vest." A second track, "Romeo," was released in 2013, with both songs appearing on the debut EP Catalyst later that year.
