In business since 1989, the Italian band Tiromancino was created by singer,
songwriter and guitarist Federico Zampaglione (born in Rome in 1968). Initially
named Tiromancyno, under which a debut album was released in 1992, the group was
renamed Tiromancino and went on to record the albums Insisto (1994), Alone
Alieno (1995), Rosa Spinto (1997) and La Descrizione di un Attimo (2000), with
the leader's brother Francesco Zampaglione (keyboards, programming) and Laura
