Tones and I
Toni Watson, known as Tones and I, is an Australian singer-songwriter who rose
to international fame in 2019 with her hit single "Dance Monkey." Born in Mount
Martha, Victoria, she learned to play the keyboard in high school, later
performing on the streets of Melbourne and uploading her covers on video
streaming sites. Meeting her manager by chance while she was busking on the
streets of Byron Bay in 2017, she signed with Sony Music Australia's Bad Batch
Records two years later, who released her debut song, "Johnny Run Away," which
